Cigma Events. Pvt. Ltd is based right here in New Delhi. Our main focus involves dealing with listenership for private radio channels, which keeps us pretty busy most of the time. The city is always loud and full of energy, and being involved with radio stuff means we’re always plugged into what’s happening. We don’t have one of those big, shiny offices in a mall. Instead, we work out of a more functional space that fits our needs. It can get a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. Most days are spent looking at numbers or talking to people about what’s playing on the airwaves. It’s not exactly glamorous, but it’s what we know. New Delhi is a massive place, so we spend a lot of time just coordinating things across different parts of town. We’ve been at this for a bit, and we’ve seen how the radio scene has changed over the years. It’s a lot of practical, hands-on work. We don't really use fancy titles or have a strict dress code. It’s more about getting the tasks finished before the day ends. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing, and other times it's quiet enough to actually hear the radio playing in the background. We just try to stay on top of things as they come. It’s a local operation, run by people who live and breathe the city.
