We operate C S Direkt Events And Exhibitions out of F.H. 509 in Green Avenue. That’s over in Vasant Kunj, New Delhi-70. It’s a decent area and we’ve been here for a good while. Our daily life involves a lot of talk about booth sizes, lighting, and how to get things from one place to another without them breaking. We do events and exhibitions, which basically means we spend half our time in the office and the other half at big halls or outdoor sites. It is physical work and it can get quite dusty and tiring. We don't have any flashy brochures or a polished sales pitch. We just tell people what we can do and then we try to do it. The office is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints and fabric samples scattered on the tables. We have a few cups of tea throughout the day to keep going. Vasant Kunj is a busy part of the city, and we are right in the middle of it. When a big exhibition is coming up, we stay late and order food. It’s not a glamorous job, despite what people think about events. It is mostly about problem-solving and making sure the carpet is straight. We are just a group of people who know how to put a show together. We stay focused on the tasks at hand and don't worry about much else.
