Byttes Media is based in Vishnu Garden at H.M.P-39. This is in the New Delhi-27 area, which is a busy part of the city with a lot of residential houses and small shops mixed together. Our office is part of that mix. We aren't in a big skyscraper; we’re just in a regular building on a regular street. Inside, we have our computers and all the gear we need to handle media projects. It gets a bit cluttered sometimes because we are always working on something new, but we know where everything is. The team is small, just a few of us who know each other well and enjoy working on digital stuff. We aren't the type to wear suits or have formal meetings. Most of our best ideas come while we are sitting around having snacks from the local shops nearby. Vishnu Garden can be a bit loud with the traffic and the street noise, but it gives us energy. We like the fact that we are a local business in a real neighborhood. We don't have a receptionist, so if you knock on the door, one of us will just get up and let you in. It’s a very simple and honest way to run a business, and that’s exactly how we like it. There is no corporate ladder here, just people trying to make good things.
