Be Group-Event Company is located in Khirki Extension, Malviya Nagar. We are in Flat No-8 on the second floor of building JD-17/4. If you’ve ever been to Khirki Extension, you know it’s a bit like a maze with all the narrow lanes and buildings tucked away. Finding us can be a little tricky the first time, but once you’re here, it’s a cozy spot. We handle all sorts of event stuff from this small flat. The second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is always busy with people and rickshaws. Our office is usually a bit messy because we have props, banners, and cables lying around from various jobs. We don't mind the clutter; it shows we are busy. New Delhi 110017 is a lively place to be, and Malviya Nagar has everything we need nearby. We aren't a big corporate entity. We are just a local event company trying to do right by the people we work for. There’s no fancy lobby or receptionist. You just walk in and see us working on our laptops or talking to vendors on the phone. We take our work seriously, but we don't take ourselves too seriously. It’s about getting the job done and making sure the events go off without a hitch. We like the grit and the energy of this neighborhood. It fits the way we work—fast and without any unnecessary fluff.
