Banyan Tree Events

Banyan Tree Events is based out of B-40 in the GTB Hospital Campus in Shahadra. It is a bit of a walk from the main gate, but it is a quiet enough area once you get there. Being in Delhi, it still gets hot and dusty, and our office reflects that. We have a lot of storage for all the stuff we need for events, so there are often crates and bags piled up near the entrance. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a few computers and a big table where we spread out our plans and schedules. It isn't a very large space, so we have to be careful not to trip over each other when things get hectic. Most of our day is spent calling people and making sure things are arriving where they should be. We drink a lot of water and tea to stay sharp. The walls have some old posters from past events we’ve worked on, but they are mostly faded now. We don't really have a receptionist or anything like that, just whoever is closest to the door answers it. It is a practical place for a practical job. We mostly just focus on our checklists and making sure we don't forget the small details. The hospital campus is a landmark that everyone knows, which makes it easy to tell people where we are located.
