Bajaj Traders

Bajaj Traders is tucked away at Plot No- 3104 in Gali Peepal Mahadev, which is part of the Hauz Qazi area. If you know the Chawri Bazar Metro Station, we aren’t very far from there at all. This part of the city is always crowded and full of energy. The lanes are narrow, and there is a lot of history in the walls around here. Our shop is a bit small, packed with all kinds of items we deal in. We have lived and worked in this area for a long time, so we are used to the noise and the constant flow of people. It’s a very traditional way of doing business. We sit on our cushions or small stools and talk to whoever walks in. There is no corporate ladder here, just us and our customers. We keep our records in big ledgers and try to stay on top of the orders. Sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming when the market is busy, but we manage. Being near the Peepal Mahadev temple means there is a certain rhythm to the day that we really like. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements. Our name has been around this neighborhood for years, and that is usually enough. People find us because they know we are here every day, from morning until the market closes at night. It is just how things have always been for us in Hauz Qazi and we like it.
