Our spot is located at B-57 in Shivalik, right in the Malviya Nagar area of New Delhi. We’re known as B2Bc Direct, which is basically a division of Showtime Events Management Company. We spend most of our time thinking about events and how to put them together. It’s a lot of coordination, making sure people and things end up where they’re supposed to be. The office is a bit of a mix of storage and desk space. You’ll often see boxes of stuff for the next show sitting in the corner. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We’re usually too busy talking to vendors or fixing schedules to worry about that. Malviya Nagar is a great place to be because it's so central and there’s always life on the streets. We’ve been doing this for a long time, so we’ve seen all the things that can go wrong during an event and we know how to handle them. It’s not a glamorous life, despite what people think about event planning. It’s mostly hard work and long hours. But we have a good group of people here who just get on with it. We keep things simple and try to be as helpful as we can to anyone who walks through our door.
