Our office is located at G-71 in Abul Fazal Enclave, which is a busy part of Okhla in New Delhi. If you’re familiar with the 110025 area, you know it’s a place that’s always full of activity. Being a media company like Awaaz India Media Pvt. Ltd, we fit right into the noise and the pace of the neighborhood. The office isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a standard building in the enclave, but inside there’s a lot going on. We spend our time working on stories, dealing with technical stuff, and managing the daily flow of information. It’s a small space where everyone knows each other. You won’t find any big corporate lounges here, just desks, computers, and a lot of tea being drunk throughout the day. The street outside is always packed with people and rickshaws, which keeps us connected to what’s happening on the ground. We like it this way because it’s real. We are just a group of people trying to make sure our media work gets out there properly. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but that’s just part of working in Okhla. We’ve stayed in Abul Fazal Enclave because it’s convenient and it feels like the heart of the community we’re part of. It’s a straightforward, no-nonsense environment for the work we do. We just keep our heads down and focus on the next story that needs to be told today.
