Aventz Production & Eventz

You can find us on the top floor of JG 40 in Malviya Nagar. We’re right near Tikona Park, which is a nice little landmark if you’re looking for the place. Aventz Production & Eventz is a small team that likes putting together events and making sure everything runs smoothly. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls; it’s more of a working space where we keep all our plans and equipment. Malviya Nagar is a great area, always something going on. We’ve done all sorts of events, from small gatherings to bigger stuff. It takes a lot of coordination and we spend most of our time on our phones or running around town. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic, especially right before an event starts, but that’s normal for us. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just plan things out and try to make sure nobody has to worry about the details. If a speaker fails or a table doesn't show up, we’re the ones who have to figure it out. We’ve lived and worked in Delhi for years, so we know how to get around the hurdles. It’s just honest work for us. We like the buzz of a finished event and knowing we helped make it happen.
