Aurum

Aurum is our place located in the Aditya Mega Mall in Karkardooma. We are in shop SS 47 on the second floor. The mall is in the CBD Ground area, and we are quite close to the Cross River Mall as well. It’s a typical mall setup, so we get a mix of people just walking by and others who are specifically looking for us. Our space isn't huge, but it fits everything we need to display and work on. Being on the second floor means it's a bit quieter than the ground level where the food courts and main entrances are. We deal with various products and customers throughout the day. It’s a lot of standing around and talking to people, explaining what we have and helping them pick something out. We don't have any polished sales pitches or corporate scripts to follow. We just talk to people like normal and hope they find what they want. The mall environment can be a bit tiring with the bright lights and the constant music, but we are used to it. After work, we usually grab a snack at one of the stalls downstairs. It’s a straightforward retail life in East Delhi. We’ve been at this mall for a bit now and have a decent little routine going. It’s a simple job and we try to do it well without any fuss.
