Asian Media And Marketing Group is located at 1/32 in the Old Double Story area of Lajpat Nagar 4. This part of New Delhi has a lot of history and the buildings show it. Our space is one of those older units. It’s got high ceilings but the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint. We do media and marketing work from here. It’s mostly just us sitting around a big table with our laptops. Lajpat Nagar is always buzzing, especially with the markets nearby, so there is never any silence. We like it though. It feels like being in the middle of everything. We don't have those fancy open-plan offices you see in magazines. It’s more like a home that turned into an office over time. There are stacks of newspapers and old magazines everywhere. We spend our time talking to people and trying to get their names out there. We don't really have a formal way of doing things. If someone needs something done, we just figure it out. The stairs up to the office are a bit narrow, so you have to be careful. We've been in this spot for a long time. We know the guy who sells snacks at the corner and the postman knows us by name. It’s a very local Delhi operation. We don't pretend to be some huge agency. We're just a group of people working out of an old building and trying to stay busy.
