We’ve been here at B-41 in Noida Sector 15 for a while now. The office is on the second floor, so there are some stairs to deal with every morning. It’s a busy part of town. You can hear the traffic from the main road if the windows are open, which they usually are during the cooler months. We have a few desks set up and a lot of paper everywhere. It isn't the fanciest place, but it works for what we do. Usually, someone is making tea in the small corner we use as a pantry. The walls are a bit plain, maybe they could use a new coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. Sec-15 has a lot of energy, and being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street life below. We spend most of our time hunched over drawings or talking through plans. It gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, especially during those long afternoons. There’s a printer that makes a weird noise every time it starts up. We’ve learned to ignore it. The neighborhood has some decent spots to grab a quick bite during lunch, which is nice. It feels like a real workspace where things actually get done. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. People just walk in and we get to talking. It's just a regular office in a regular part of Noida.
