ARCH-EN-DESIGN

ARCH-EN-DESIGN is based over at C 1555 in Indira Nagar. Lucknow is a bit slower than the big metros, which suits us just fine. We have our office in a residential-looking area, so it feels a lot more relaxed than being in a city center. We’ve been here for years. The building itself is nothing special, just a regular place where we keep our files and drawing boards. Most of our day is spent looking at site plans or chatting about how to fix a problem on a project. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people hearing about us from their neighbors or friends. It’s a small team here. We know each other well, which makes the work easier, even when things get stressful near a deadline. The office gets a lot of light in the mornings. We usually start the day with some chai and a look at what’s on the schedule. Sometimes we are out on sites more than we are in the office. It’s a lot of running around, honestly. Indira Nagar has grown a lot since we started, with more traffic and new buildings popping up everywhere. We just keep doing our thing from our corner of the neighborhood. It’s honest work and we like being part of the community here in Uttar Pradesh.
