Apeksha Group

Apeksha Group is based over at B-812 in Lajpatnagar, which is right here in Moradabad. We’ve been operating out of this spot in U.P. for a good number of years. It’s a familiar place for us. The office isn’t anything too special to look at, just a practical space where we can get our daily tasks done. We have a small team, and most of us have lived in this area for a long time. We handle various types of work depending on what comes through the door. Some days are really busy with people coming in and out, while other days are just quiet enough to catch up on paperwork. We don't have a big HR department or fancy lunchrooms. We usually just eat at our desks or go out to one of the local spots nearby. It’s a very hands-on way of doing things. We know our neighbors and the shopkeepers around Lajpatnagar quite well. It’s a busy neighborhood, so there’s always something going on outside the window. We just try to keep things simple and stay focused on what needs to happen by the end of the week. It’s hard work, but we’re used to it by now. We aren't big on formalities here. If you come by, you’ll just see us working. That’s how we’ve always done it and it seems to work out okay for everyone involved. We just keep pushing forward with the day's tasks.
