Ankur Translation Services, Gurgaon

Ankur Translation Services is based out of A-105 Aali Extension in Badarpur, New Delhi-44. If you find yourself in this part of the city, you might pass by our building without noticing it much. It’s a straightforward setup where we handle various translation tasks throughout the week. The office isn't very big, but it fits the few of us who work here and our equipment. We have a lot of dictionaries around and some old files stacked up in the corner of the room. Badarpur is a busy area, so there is always the sound of traffic and people outside our windows. We’ve got a landline and a mobile number, 9810383101, which rings more often than we’d sometimes like. Most of the day is spent typing away and checking words to make sure they make sense in another language. It can be tiring for the eyes, so we take breaks to look out at the street or have a quick cup of chai. The walls are a plain color and we haven't really put up any decorations because we are mostly focused on the screens. Sometimes the power flickers, but we just wait a second and get back to it. It’s a decent place to work and the people here have been doing this for quite some time now. We don't really do anything fancy, just the basic work that needs to be done. It's a humble spot in a busy part of Delhi.
