Amata Event Management

At Amata Event Management, we work out of the 2nd floor at 2/34 in the 2nd Block of New Delhi. It is a busy part of the city, but that usually helps when you are in the middle of planning events. Being in Delhi means there is never a quiet moment, and our office reflects that most of the time. We have stacks of papers, old event posters, and phone lines that don't seem to stop. It is not the most organized-looking place, but we know where everything is. We have been in this 2nd Block building for a while now. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit narrow, but they get us there. Dealing with events involves a lot of logistics and talking to people, so the office can get pretty loud. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just like managing things properly. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, like it does in many parts of Delhi, but we just work around it. Our team is a mix of people who just want to get things sorted for whoever walks through the door. We don't have a polished mission statement or anything like that. We just show up at 2/34 every morning and see what the schedule looks like. It is practical work, and we are just regular people doing it in the heart of the city.
