All India Management Association is a big name, but our daily life here is just about managing the paperwork and talking to people who come by. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a typical spot in a crowded Delhi neighborhood. It gets pretty hot in the summer, and the street noise is always there in the background. We spend our time organizing things and making sure everything is in its right place. It’s not the kind of job where you wear a fancy suit every day. Most of us just dress comfortably and get on with it. We have a lot of people coming in and out, asking questions about management and courses. We just try to give them the information they need without any extra fluff. It’s a lot of routine work, but it’s important to the people who rely on us. We don't have any big marketing speeches to give out. We are just here to do the job we’re supposed to do. Sometimes the office feels a bit cramped when it’s busy, but we make it work. It’s an honest living and we’re glad to be part of the Kalkaji community. We’ve been here a long time and know the area well, so it feels like the right place for us.
