Ajay Agencies is located at 1576 in Bhagirath Palace. If you know Chandni Chowk, you know this is the primary place for trade in the city. Our shop is right in the middle of all that noise and energy. It’s a small space, mostly filled with stock and old ledgers. We don’t have a lot of room for anything that isn't necessary for the business to function. Every morning we open up and start the same routine. We check what came in overnight and see who needs what delivered. It’s a busy life here. There’s no air conditioning, just the ceiling fans spinning all day to keep us cool. We’ve been in Bhagirath Palace for years, so we’ve seen plenty of shops come and go. We stay here because this is where the action is. We don’t have a marketing plan or a social media page. Most of our customers have been coming to us for years. They know we’re just regular people working a job. We don’t try to sound like a big company because we aren't one. It’s just a few of us handling the orders and making sure the math is right. The building is old and the stairs are narrow, but it’s home to us.
