Aftroevents

Aftroevents is run from a flat in the DDA Flats area of Kalkaji, New Delhi. The specific spot is J1/67. It’s funny because the address sometimes says Haryana, but we’re definitely here in the Delhi side of things. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it feels very different from a typical business district. We use one of the rooms as our main office and the rest of the space is often filled with equipment. You might see boxes of lights, rolls of cable, or sound gear waiting to be loaded into a van. Since we do events, we are out of the office a lot of the time, but this is where all the planning happens. It’s a bit cramped when the whole team is here at once, but we make it work. The neighbors are used to us by now, even when we’re moving stuff in and out late at night. There’s a small park nearby where we sometimes go to clear our heads. We aren't some massive agency with a hundred employees. It’s just a few of us who know how to put an event together. We don't have a glossy brochure or a fancy pitch. We just talk to people, figure out what they need, and go from there. It’s a very hands-on way of working. Most of our days are spent on the laptop or driving around the city to check on different venues.
