Aegis Bpo Services, Essar Enterprise

The office for Aegis Bpo Services, part of Essar Enterprise, is located at B-57 in Shivalik, Malvia Nagar. This is a well-known part of South Delhi. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of shops and homes around us. We operate from this building every day. It’s a typical BPO setup inside, with rows of desks and people on headsets or typing away. It isn't a very quiet place because there is always someone talking or a phone ringing. But that is the nature of the work we do here. Malvia Nagar is a great location because it’s easy for everyone to get to. We’ve been at B-57 for quite some time now. We don't have a big fancy sign outside, just enough so people know where we are. The air conditioning is always running because it gets quite warm in Delhi. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just provide services and keep our records straight. The staff here are just regular people from the local area or commuting in. We take our breaks, have our tea, and get back to the calls. It’s a straightforward environment. There isn't any corporate fluff in how we talk. We just focus on the queues and the tasks assigned to us for the shift. That’s the daily life at Shivalik.
