We are based in Delhi, working on all things related to the web. It’s a big city and there is always something going on, but we mostly stay inside our office space. Most of our day is spent coding or looking at website layouts. It’s not glamorous work, and sometimes things break and we have to spend hours trying to find the mistake. We don’t use a lot of big words to explain what we do. If a site is slow, we try to make it faster. If someone needs a link fixed, we fix it. We started out small and we’ve just stayed focused on the technical side of things. The office is usually quiet, except for the sound of typing. We drink a lot of chai and sometimes stay late when there’s a problem that needs solving right away. We don't have a fancy address or a big lobby. It’s just a room with computers and some comfortable chairs. We aren't interested in making big promises or using marketing talk. We just like building things on the internet and making sure they work like they are supposed to. Every day brings a new set of small challenges, and we just take them one by one. It’s the kind of work that requires patience and a lot of focus. We’ve been doing this for a while now in Delhi and we’re used to the pace.
