360 Degrees, The Times Of India Group

You can find us over at 171 on the 3rd floor in Sant Nagar, New Delhi. It is one of those busy buildings where you have to climb a few flights of stairs to get to the office. Being part of 360 Degrees and The Times of India Group means we are busy, but this specific office in Sant Nagar feels more like a small community. The 3rd floor has a few different rooms filled with desks and people working on various projects. Since we are in New Delhi, the atmosphere outside is always loud with horns and people walking by. Inside, it’s a bit more focused, though there is always someone talking about a deadline or a new idea. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the furniture is mostly functional rather than stylish. We have a lot of old magazines and newspapers lying around on the side tables. The windows look out over the street, and you can see the local shops from up here. We don't really have a reception desk, so people just walk in and find whoever they need to talk to. Lunch usually involves someone going down to the street to get rolls or samosas for the whole team. It is a bit of a squeeze when we have everyone in the office at once, but it keeps things interesting. We just go about our daily business and try to stay productive in this little corner of the city.
