141 Sercon is part of the WPP and Bates141 group, but we are located at B-103 Rail Vihar in Sector-45, Faridabad. It’s a residential colony, so the vibe is very different from a high-rise office in Gurgaon or Delhi. We are in a quiet corner where you mostly hear birds and the occasional delivery bike. The office itself is basically a converted flat. It makes the work feel a bit more personal, I think. We have our meetings in what used to be a dining area. There is a lot of creative work happening here, so you’ll see sketches and printouts taped to the walls. We aren't big on formalities. If you come by, you might find us in jeans and t-shirts, just trying to figure out a campaign or a project. Rail Vihar is a nice, green place, and having an office here means we don't have to deal with the madness of a city center every single morning. It can get a bit lonely if you’re used to the big city, but we like the peace. We don't have a polished "about us" page because we are too busy actually doing the work. We just take it one day at a time, looking at our screens and talking through ideas. It’s a simple setup for a team that just wants to get things done without too much fuss or corporate jargon.
