Surmount Classes

Surmount Classes is located on the 2nd Floor at Dbs Chowk in Karanpur. We are right above the Chawla Sweet Shop, which is a very popular spot in Dehradun City. You can usually smell the frying samosas or sweets from our windows, which can be a bit distracting sometimes. Being in the 248001 area of Karanpur means it is always noisy and crowded outside. Dbs Chowk is a major hub, so there is no shortage of activity. To get to us, you have to walk up the stairs past the shop. The rooms are a bit small and the paint is peeling in a few corners, but it’s a comfortable place to work. We don't have any corporate branding or fancy logos on the walls. It’s just a local classroom setup. We manage everything ourselves, from sweeping the floors to scheduling the classes. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. It’s just a place for students to come and learn. Most of the furniture is second-hand but sturdy enough. We like being in the heart of Karanpur because it feels like the real Dehradun. The traffic can be a mess, and finding a place to park a scooter is a challenge, but we wouldn't want to be anywhere else. It’s a very practical, no-nonsense environment for everyone who walks up those stairs.
