Ocean Marine Academy

Ocean Marine Academy is based on Kargi Road in Dehradun City. We are situated near Narayan Vihar, which is a fairly quiet spot in the 248001 zip code. Even though Dehradun is nowhere near the sea, we’ve made this our home for a long time. The building is just a regular structure on the road. We don't have any shiny glass fronts or expensive decorations inside. It’s mostly just classrooms with plain desks and maps on the walls. We spend our days here talking about ships and the ocean. It’s funny being so far from the water, but it works for us. The walk from the main part of Kargi Road isn't too long. Sometimes the cows wander by the front door, which is just part of life in this part of town. We don't use any fancy marketing talk because we aren't a big corporation. It’s just a small team of us running the academy. We do our own paperwork and answer the phone ourselves. The area around Narayan Vihar has grown a bit over the years, but it still feels like a local neighborhood. Most people who come here are looking for something practical. We don’t try to impress anyone with a polished look. We just provide the space and the training. It’s a grounded place where we just get on with the work every day.
