K2 Classes

We have been running K2 Classes right here on Dav Road in Karanpur for some time now. It is a busy little area, mostly because Dav Pg College is just a short walk away. Our day usually starts early, getting the rooms ready before the first lot of students shows up. It is not a very big place, just some simple benches and a few boards where we work through the lessons. You can hear the noise from the street sometimes, especially in the afternoons when everyone is out and about. We chose this spot in Dehradun because it is easy for the college kids to find us after their regular classes are over. It gets quite crowded in the corridors when batches change, but we manage somehow. We are not doing anything fancy or flashy, just focusing on the books and the subjects we know. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait a bit, but that is just part of living and working in this part of town. Most people who come here are from the local neighborhood or the nearby hostels. We know the shopkeepers around here, and it feels like a very normal, local life. We do not have a big office or anything, just the classrooms where the teaching happens. Every morning we sweep the floors and get the chalk or markers ready, and then the day just goes by in a blur of notes and questions. It is a lot of routine, but we like it.
