Doon Defence Career Point

Doon Defence Career Point is located at 1 D.L. Road in Dehradun. We occupy the first and second floors of the building, which sits right above the SBI Bank. It’s a very easy place to find because the bank is a major landmark in the city. Being in Dehradun, we get a lot of people interested in defense careers. The space we have isn't overly fancy. It’s mostly just classrooms and a small area for administration. We use both floors to keep things organized. The first floor usually has the main office and some smaller rooms, while the second floor has the larger class spaces. D.L. Road can get a bit loud with all the traffic, but being above the ground floor helps a little bit. We’ve been here for a good amount of time and have become part of the local scenery in the 248001 area. We don't use any slick advertising. Most people just walk in after seeing our sign or hearing about us from someone else in town. The stairs can be a bit of a workout every day, but it’s just part of being here. We focus on the daily lessons and making sure the students have a place to sit and study. It's a very practical, down-to-earth environment. There’s always someone around to help if a student gets stuck on a topic. It’s just a regular local institute.
