You can find us right on the By Pass Road in Shimoga. It’s a convenient spot for the students who come in from different parts of Karnataka. The college is quite a busy place because nursing isn't something you can just learn from books. There is a lot of practical work happening in the labs and classrooms every day. Our students are usually seen in their uniforms, rushing between lectures and their clinical practice. It’s a serious environment because they are learning to take care of people, but we also have our lighter moments in the canteen during the breaks. The building is functional, designed to fit all the equipment and desks we need for the courses. Being near the bypass means there's always some traffic noise, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We don’t go for anything too flashy here. It’s more about making sure the students know their stuff before they head out to the real hospitals. Sometimes the hallways get a bit loud during the breaks, but usually, everyone is focused on their notes. We’ve been part of the Shimoga landscape for a while now. The staff here are mostly locals who understand the area well. We just take things one day at a time, making sure the schedules are followed and the students are learning what they need to. It’s a straightforward life here at Mythri, just keeping the gears turning and helping the next batch of nurses get ready.
