Vicky Trading

We are located in the City Plaza building, room 304, in the Kodailbail area. It’s a fairly central spot, which is good for getting around, but the building itself is nothing special. There are a lot of other offices on our floor, so there is always people walking past our door. Our space is just one large room with some partitions we put up ourselves to make separate areas for working. It’s a bit cramped when we have all the staff in at once. We do a lot of trading on the phone and the computer. Sometimes the elevator in City Plaza breaks down and we have to walk up to the third floor, which is a good workout I guess. We have a small balcony where we keep some dead plants and old boxes. We don't really have time to look after them. The view is just of the street and more buildings. We keep a kettle in the corner for making coffee when we get tired in the afternoon. It is a very simple setup. We don't have any big branding or fancy furniture. Most of our chairs are mismatched and the desks are a bit scratched up. We just focus on the orders and making sure the paperwork is filed away correctly at the end of every day. It gets dark in the office around five, so we have to turn all the lights on.
