If you are looking for us, we are over at the Mubarak Building on Goods Shed Road. It’s a busy area with a lot of trucks and movement all day long. Our door number is C-20-15-910, which sounds a bit complicated on paper, but once you are on the road, it isn't too hard to find. We have our post box there too, number 188. Marine Enterprises has been operating from this spot for quite some time. The road is often dusty and there is always something being loaded or unloaded nearby. It is a practical place to be for the kind of work we do. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks. It’s more about the paperwork and making sure the supplies are moving correctly. Most of us here have been working together for years. We know the neighbors and the drivers who come through. It is not a quiet job, that’s for sure. There is a lot of shouting across the yard and the sound of heavy engines. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily tasks as they come. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, especially during the heavy rains, but we manage somehow. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the flashiest company around. We just want to get through the day’s list and make sure everything is handled right. It’s simple, honest work in a busy part of town. We are usually here early and leave late. That’s just how it goes.
