We’ve been running Sharmila Tours And Travels from our spot in the Trinity Commercial Complex for a while now. It’s a busy little area in Attavar, right near the railway station in Mangalore, so people usually find us easily when they’re coming or going. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we sit down and figure out travel plans for whoever walks through the door. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit much, but that’s just how it is around the station. We handle things like booking tickets and sorting out trips, mostly just making sure people get where they need to go without too much of a headache. It started small and we’ve kept it that way because it works for us and the locals who drop by. Usually, someone is here to answer questions or talk about bus timings and train schedules. It’s mostly just us doing the daily work, keeping track of bookings on the computer and answering the phone when it rings. We know the roads around here pretty well. If you’re coming from the station, you just head over to Trinity and look for us. We don’t spend much time on decorations or big signs, we just focus on the paperwork and getting the travel details right for everyone. It's a simple operation, really. Just a local travel desk helping out folks in Mangalore who need to get from point A to point B. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
