Shri Dhevi Tours And Travels is based at No.16-3/1 in Surathkal. We are right in the heart of the Mangalore area, and it’s a place we’ve called home for many years. It’s a decent-sized office where we handle all the day-to-day tasks of running a travel business. Surathkal is a unique spot with the university and the industry nearby, so all kinds of people walk through our door. Some look for a quick ride to the airport, while others are planning a trip up the coast. We don’t try to be something we’re not. We’re just a local travel shop that knows the local routes well. The walls are a bit plain and the chairs might creak a little, but the work gets done. A lot of time is spent on the phone making sure drivers are where they need to be. Coordination is key, and sometimes things get a bit hectic, especially during the festival seasons when everyone wants to travel at once. We don’t have a big corporate office in some skyscraper; we’re right here on the ground where the action is. People know they can just drop in and ask a question without feeling pressured. Letting people decide what works for them is how we operate. The beach isn't too far from here, but we mostly see the inside of this office. It's a decent way to spend the day, just talking to travelers and sorting their routes.
