Jes Tours And Travels is located in the Ruhaiz Plaza on Kudumbi Garden Road. We’re right off Falnir Road in Mangalore, so it’s a pretty central spot for anyone in that part of town. If you’re looking for us, we are right across from the Gurudev Lodge. It’s a busy little area, and there’s always something going on outside our window. This travel business started because we liked the idea of helping people get from one place to another without all the stress. Our office in Ruhaiz Plaza is pretty modest. We have a couple of computers, some files, and a lot of local knowledge about the best ways to travel around Mangalore and beyond. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. Instead, we just rely on doing a decent job so that people tell their friends about us. Most of our customers are folks from the Falnir area or people staying at the lodges nearby who need a ride or a tour arranged. Much of our time is spent chatting with people and figuring out what fits their budget. Using fancy language or trying to sell people things they don’t need isn't our way. We just tell them what the options are and help them book it. Sometimes the road gets blocked up with traffic, but that's just Falnir for you. We just keep the door open and wait for the next person to come in.
