Shaheen Travels & Tours

Shaheen Travels & Tours is tucked away on the first floor of the Kunil Centre. We are in room F2, right in Hampankatta. If you know where the Ideal Ice Cream shop is, we are just directly across from there. It’s a landmark everyone in Mangalore knows, so it makes finding us a lot easier. We spend most of our time here helping people book their holidays or business trips. The office is just a normal room with a few desks and chairs where we can talk through travel options. We don't really do the big marketing stuff; we just rely on people stopping by or calling us up. Some days are more hectic than others, especially when there are flight delays or changes that need fixing. We just handle it as it comes. It’s a small team here, so you usually end up talking to the same person every time you come in. We’ve grown used to the noise of the city outside and the smell of ice cream from across the street. We just keep doing our work, checking schedules and prices, and making sure the tickets get printed out correctly. It’s a basic, local business and we like keeping it that way because it feels more personal for everyone involved. We just take each booking as it comes and try to get the details right so there are no surprises later on for the passengers.
