We are Sathya Sai Tours And Travels, and our office is located at a place called Shiva Kripa in Kottara Chowki. This is in the 575006 area of Mangalore. Kottara Chowki is a busy junction, so there is always a lot of movement around here. Shiva Kripa is the name of the building we are in. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't have a big lobby or a lot of employees. It’s just a few of us in a small room with our computers and phones. Most of the day is spent talking to people and trying to get things scheduled. The office is plain, with white walls and basic furniture. We like it that way because it’s easy to maintain. Being near the highway means we see a lot of different people passing through. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the heavy trucks going by, but we don’t really notice it anymore. We start our day with a bit of cleaning and then get straight into the paperwork. There’s no corporate mission or anything like that here. We just show up, do the work, and go home. It’s a local business through and through.
