It’s a lot of clicking and checking, but that’s how it goes these days. We have a few chairs for people to wait while we get their tickets or car rentals ready. The area gets really crowded during the day, so parking can be a bit of a pain, but we make it work. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation. We are just local folks who know how to use the booking systems well. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait it out, but that’s just life in Mangalore.
