You can find M S Shetty Co on the second floor of the Balmatta Complex. It’s right in the Balmatta area of Mangalore. This building has been around for a while, and so have we. We share the floor with a few other businesses, so it gets a bit noisy in the hallways sometimes. Mangalore is a coastal city, so we deal with the humidity and the rain quite often. Our office is functional. We have the usual stuff, computers, files, and a corner where we make coffee. It’s not a designer space, just a place to work. We started this company because we wanted to work for ourselves and serve the people in this part of Karnataka. Most of our clients are local, coming in from around the 575001 zip code area. We don’t spend much time on social media or advertising. Usually, someone knows someone who has worked with us before. That’s how things go here. We try to keep our paperwork in order, though the filing cabinets are getting a bit full lately. The walk up to the second floor is good exercise, though some days we wish there was a faster elevator. We’re just a regular group of people doing our jobs every day. If you drop by, you’ll probably see us busy at our desks or talking on the phones. There is a small parking lot nearby, but it fills up fast on Monday mornings.
