This branch of Fortune Hr Solutions is located at B 72 in the Kiocl Colony, which is in the Kavoor area of Mangalore, 575015. It is a bit different from a city center office because it is tucked away in a colony. This gives us a bit of a quieter environment to work in. We have our setup in a residential-style building, which makes the whole place feel a bit more relaxed than a typical corporate park. Being in Kavoor means we are away from the heaviest traffic of Mangalore, but still close enough to manage things. Our office at B 72 is where we sit down and look through applications or talk to clients on the phone. It is a very simple operation. We have a few desks and some filing cabinets that are probably too full of folders. The colony itself is a nice place to be based in. We just come in every morning, have our tea, and start going through the list of things to do for the day. There isn't any fancy marketing here, just us doing the HR work that needs to be done. We have been in this spot for a while and the neighbors know us. It’s a straightforward way to run a business and we like the practical feel of being in a real neighborhood rather than a glass tower. It helps us stay grounded and focused on the work we are trying to do.
