Hr Executive

You can find us over at Joselyn Apartments in Balmatta. We are located near Jyoti Circle, which is a pretty well-known spot here in Mangalore. The office is set up inside the apartment complex, specifically with Kripa Rai and the warden there. It’s a bit of a different setup than a standard office building, but it works for us. The 575001 area is usually quite active, so there’s always people moving around. We handle all our Hr Executive work from here, mostly focusing on matching people with the right roles. It’s quiet inside for the most part, which is good when we have to focus on reading through applications or making important calls. We’ve been in this Mangalore location long enough that the local shopkeepers know us by name. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. It is just us in a room with some phones and a couple of laptops. Sometimes the monsoon rain hits the windows so hard we can barely hear ourselves think, but we stay busy regardless. It’s a practical space without any unnecessary frills. If you are near Jyoti Circle, you are basically right there. We appreciate the simplicity of our workplace. It allows us to just get on with the day-to-day tasks of recruitment without any distractions. It’s just a normal office run by normal people who know the local job market. We try to be helpful whenever someone knocks on the door.
