We operate out of Kotimura House in Mangalore. It is a coastal city and we really enjoy the atmosphere here in Karnataka. Our focus is on building solutions, which basically means we help people figure out the best way to put things together when they are working on a project. We are not a massive corporation with thousands of employees. We are a smaller team that knows each other well. When you call us, you usually talk to the same person every time. We do not use scripts or corporate talk. We just tell you what we think will work based on what we have seen in the past. The office at Kotimura House is where we do all our planning. It has a lot of blueprints and samples lying around. Sometimes it is a bit messy, but that is how it goes when you are actually working. We like to keep things straightforward and honest. If we cannot do something, we will just say so. We do not believe in overpromising. People in Mangalore seem to appreciate that kind of directness. We have been here for a while and we plan to keep helping out with local building projects for many more years. It is good work and it keeps us busy. We just take it one day at a time and try to be useful to our neighbors and local contractors.
