You can find us at Usah Kiran on Mercara Hill, right in the Bendore area of Mangalore. It’s a nice part of town, quite hilly and a bit greener compared to the busier commercial centers near the water. We’ve been based here for a while now and have gotten used to the quiet. AIPL is just the name we use for the business, and we handle a variety of different needs from this office. It’s not a very loud place, mostly just us working through our daily tasks and talking to people on the phone or over email. The weather in Mangalore can be really unpredictable with the rain, but our office stays fairly cool since we are up on the hill. We don't have a massive sign outside or a lobby full of trophies and awards. It’s just a functional space where we get our work done without making a big fuss about it. We know the people in the neighborhood and they know us, which makes it feel more like a community. Most of our day is spent managing accounts or sorting out the logistics for whatever project we have going on at the moment. It’s steady work and we honestly enjoy being in this specific part of the city. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world, just trying to do a solid, honest job every single day. If you walk up the hill, you’ll see our building eventually.
