Started working out of Al Rahaba Plaza a while back. We're on the second floor, which keeps us away from some of the noise on Nellikai Road. It’s right near the State Bank of India, so most people find us okay once they get to that part of Mangalore. We mostly spend our time handling bookings and trying to figure out the best routes for people who come in. It’s a small space, nothing fancy. We have a few desks and some maps on the walls. Most of us here grew up in the city, so we know the shortcuts and which roads to avoid during the rainy season. People usually just drop by after they finish their banking. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there, just trying to get things right for the folks who trust us with their travel plans. It can get busy around the holidays, but usually, it's just a steady stream of regulars. We drink a lot of tea while we work. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to wait a bit to confirm things, but that’s just how it goes. If you’re looking for us, look for the sign near the stairs. We’re usually here by mid-morning. It’s a straightforward business, no big secrets or complicated stuff. We just do what we can to help people get where they need to go without too much of a headache for them or for us.
