We are based in the Nalapad Apsara Building on K.S. Rao Road in Hampankatta. If you know where the Hindustan Hotel is, we are right there. This is a very central part of Mangalore, so there's never a dull moment around here. The traffic on K.S. Rao Road is something else, but it means we are easy to get to for most people. Our office is a simple setup where we handle all kinds of travel requests. We've got a small team here. Most of us have been in this business for quite a while now. We handle car rentals, bus bookings, and general tour planning. It is a lot of paperwork and phone calls, but we don't mind the work. We don't have any polished corporate speeches or marketing talk. We just speak plainly with our customers. If a car isn't available, we say so and try to find another way to help. It’s about being practical and honest with people who come to us. We see a lot of people coming through for business or just passing through the city. The building is an older one, but it works for us. We like the vibe of Hampankatta. It feels like the real heart of Mangalore. We just keep our heads down and do our work every day. It’s a local business run by local people who know the area inside out.
