Being based in Mangalore 575001 has its ups and downs, but we really like it here. We've been around the area for a long time, and honestly, we wouldn't want to be anywhere else. Our setup is pretty basic, we aren't trying to impress anyone with a flashy office or expensive furniture. We just have what we need to get the job done. Most of our day is spent looking at schedules and trying to make sure everything lines up for the people who come to us for help. Travel can be a bit messy sometimes, things get cancelled or delayed, so we spend a lot of time on the phone trying to fix things. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of employees, it is just a small local team. We know most of the people who walk through our door by their first name. It’s more like a community thing than a big business. We talk about local stuff, maybe have a cup of coffee, and then get down to the travel details. We don't have a big mission statement or anything. We just want to make sure people get their tickets and their hotels without any drama. It’s hard work sometimes, but it’s what we know how to do. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay organized. There is always something new to learn in this business, which keeps things interesting for us.
