Independent Hr Consultant

My office is currently set up at Sai Residency, right above the More For You shop in Chillimbi. I’m an independent HR consultant, which basically means I help small businesses and individuals deal with all the people-related stuff that usually causes headaches. I work out of Mrs. Varada Prabhu’s place here in Mangalore. It’s a convenient spot, and I like being in the 575006 area because it's easy to get around. HR can be a bit dry, but I try to keep things simple and fair for everyone involved. I don't use a lot of big words or complicated policies if I can help it. Usually, I’m helping people with hiring or figuring out how to handle a difficult situation at work. Being independent means I can give people my full attention without having to check with a manager first. Mangalore is a good place for this kind of work since there are so many growing businesses around. I’ve been here for a bit and people are starting to know who I am. It’s not a huge operation, just me sitting at a desk and taking calls or meeting people for lunch to talk through their problems. I just try to be helpful and get the paperwork done correctly so nobody has to worry about it later. This way of working suits my personality better than a large office ever did.
