You can find us on the ground floor of the Maximus Complex. We are right in Bavutagudde on Light House Hill Road, which is pretty easy to find if you know where Nalpad Residence is located. We are directly across from it. The office isn't very big, but it serves us well for what we do. We handle a lot of travel arrangements for people in the city. It could be for a business trip or just a family outing to the countryside. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking things on the computer screen. It’s a bit of a noisy area sometimes with all the buses and bikes going up the hill. We don't really do much advertising. People usually just hear about us from someone else or walk in because they saw the sign while passing by on the street. It’s a practical business. We focus on getting the details right for every trip. Sometimes things change at the last minute, like a flight delay or a road closure, and we have to scramble to fix it for the customer. That's just part of the daily work. We've got a small staff here. Everyone knows each other and we get along okay. We try to be helpful without making a big deal out of it. It’s just about getting the job done day by day. We've been here for a while and seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. But our office stays pretty much the same. Just a quiet place to sort out travel plans for local people.
