Our place is in Yenepoya Chambers in the Balmatta area of Mangalore. If you are looking for us, we are right across from the Hotel Prestige. It is a well-known building, so people usually don't have much trouble finding the office. We have our desks set up here and we spend most of our time looking at flight paths and hotel availability. Balmatta is usually busy, so there is always a lot of movement outside our windows. Inside, it is just a plain office with some chairs and a lot of paperwork piled up. We have a small staff and we all just pitch in to get the work finished each day. Sometimes the printer jams or the phone won't stop ringing, but we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't trying to be anything fancy, just a local spot where you can get your travel sorted out. We drink quite a bit of coffee to stay sharp during the long afternoons. The building itself is older, but it is kept clean enough. People from the neighborhood often stop by just to ask about prices or to see if anything has changed with their bookings. We have a couple of old maps on the wall that are probably a bit out of date, but we like them anyway. It is a straightforward place to work and we have gotten to know the regular customers pretty well over the years.
