Shree Maa Fly Ash Bricks

Our yard for Shree Maa Fly Ash Bricks is situated in the Khurda district, right near the Banwadi High School. You can easily find us because we are so close to the school. We can hear the children playing and the bells ringing all day long. We make fly ash bricks, which are a bit different from the red clay ones. They are made by mixing ash with other materials and pressing them into blocks. It is a straightforward process, but it requires a lot of manual labor to stack and move them all. We are a small local operation here in Khurda. There aren't any big bosses or corporate offices, just us working in the yard. We spend most of our time outdoors, regardless of whether it is hot or cold. The fly ash can be quite messy, especially when it is dry and the wind blows it around the yard. We have to be careful about the traffic since the school is so near, especially in the mornings and afternoons. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything fancy like that. Most of our customers are people from the surrounding villages who are building their homes or fixing up their shops. They come to the yard, tell us what they need, and we help them load it up. It is a simple, practical business and we have been doing it this way for quite a while now. We just keep going and make sure the trucks are ready for the morning.
