Ak Tools

Our shop is located in Nuapatna at Chandan Padia, right across from the Popular Club. It’s a well-known spot, so people usually find us without too much trouble. We deal with tools and hardware, mostly the kind of things people need for daily repairs or small projects. The space is a bit cramped because we have so many items stacked up on the shelves. It’s not organized in a way that looks like a supermarket, but we can usually find what a customer is asking for within a few minutes. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a long time and have seen the club across the street host many events. The shop stays open until late because that’s when most people realize they need a wrench or some nails. We aren't interested in being a big chain store; we just like running our own place here in Nuapatna. There’s a lot of chatting with locals who stop by for one thing and end up talking about the weather. We do our own heavy lifting and manage the inventory ourselves. It’s a lot of manual work and getting our hands dirty with grease and metal dust. We don’t use any high-tech systems, just some old-fashioned notebooks for our records. It’s a straightforward business where we sell tools and help folks figure out which one they actually need for their task. We just try to keep the shelves full and the customers happy enough to come back.
