We are out here in the Industrial Estate Khapuria, specifically in the Kalyani Nagar area. Our place, Maa Mangala Suppliers, is quite easy to spot if you are near the Union Bank ATM. Being in an industrial zone means it’s always busy with big trucks and the sound of machinery. It’s not the quietest place to work, but we like the energy of it. We handle a lot of supplies that come in and out every day. The yard is usually full of materials piled up high. My clothes always end up looking a bit rough by the end of the shift, but that’s just part of being in this line of work. We don’t have a big fancy office with air conditioning. Usually, we are just standing out by the gate or sitting in the small cabin checking the manifests. It gets hot in the summer and the dust from the industrial estate gets everywhere. We just focus on getting the loads out on time. My cousin helps me out with the heavy lifting and the logistics. We’ve been at this for a few years now and we’ve learned a lot about how to keep things moving. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of business. We are just two guys working hard in Kalyani Nagar to make sure the supplies get where they are supposed to go.
